Which method should I use?
Your best choice is probably ACH, which is the default setting. This ACH transaction will be free to you: we pay the fees. After you pay, you will get an immediate email from PayStand, confirming your payment. However, your payment will be held for several days, then transferred from your bank to ours.
For the ACH transaction, you will need your bank's routing number and your checking account number, along with the email address where you'd like to receive the payment receipt from PayStand. Both of these numbers are on the bottom line of your paper checks.
As you probably know, these two numbers look like this:
where "101203456" is your bank's unique routing number, and "77655444" is your checking account number.
What about eCheck?
eCheck is a newer variation on ACH, and works quite well, since you only need to know your bank's log-in credentials: the username and password that you use to log into your online banking account. However, most local banks don't yet offer eCheck, so this method is only available, generally speaking, from larger national banks.
If you have a checking account at a large national bank, you could try the eCheck option instead of ACH. This method is also free to you.
Can I get my Grace Flying Service spraying invoices via email instead of mailed to me?
Yes. If you would prefer to pay from an email, just contact us. We will send you the same invoice that you now get as a PDF attachment to an email. Your email will include a "Pay Now" link, so you will merely have to click on the email's "Pay Now" link to go directly to this online payment portal.
Is paying online safe?
PayStand, the company who we are partnered with, is rated as a PCI Level 1-certified payment processor, and adheres to the latest security regulations. Remember that both ACH and eCheck payments are transferred from your bank to ours via EFT, the same way that paper checks are transferred.
The primary difference is that you are entering your routing number and account number, instead of having them read from your paper check by the bank.
Can I still pay with a paper check?
Of course! We want you to pay however you prefer. We are offering this online payment portal as a service to our customers, but you are not required to use it.
Is my information private?
